LNSLNS I can agree with Schulze, and Sonnenborn with regard to the allergenic potential of Candida and other yeast infections as depicted by Truss.

If non-evidence based reports of experience gathered in successful practices are still regarded as useful then I wish to point out a 80% cure rate in more than 2500 chronically allergic patients with mixed infection whose medical histories date back up to 30 years. However, for practical reasons I have stopped using the methods mentioned in the article since comparative studies were published that included 650 patients in whom serological diagnostic evaluation as well as diagnostic tests of stool specimens and results from electro-acupuncture diagnosis after Voll (1) were compared. Because of a lack of long term effectiveness, I do not treat my patients with antibiotic or antimycotic agents but with immunostimulants; increasingly, I am using live lactobacilli and bifidus preparations 92). Removing glucose and saccharose from patients’ diets for 4–11 weeks is part of the dual strategic approach. The effectiveness of this approach has become so well known among patients that my practice has to give out appointments up to 6 months in advance. This approach has also been used in 720 patients with rheumatic disorders, according to a recent study report (3).

In severely immunosupressed patients, however, this approach will remain unsuccessful..
